Account & Login

At Most Playe Registration All you need is an active Bangladeshi mobile number, your full name, and date of birth. No email or credit card required. Please note that users under 18 are not eligible to register. You may need to complete KYC verification using your National ID card when making a withdrawal later.

On the login page, click the "Forgot password?" link. Enter your mobile number and you'll receive an OTP. Use the OTP to set a new password. The whole process takes about 2 minutes. Alternatively, you can log in directly with an OTP Login you can.

OTP usually arrives within 30–60 seconds. If it's delayed, check your network signal, wait a moment, then click "Resend". If it still doesn't arrive, try logging in with your password instead. If the issue persists, contact Most Playe support.

No. Only one Most Playe account can be registered per mobile number. Attempting to create multiple accounts puts all of them at risk of being permanently banned, and any balance held in those accounts may be forfeited.

To close your account, email support@mostplaye.app or reach out via live chat. You may want to consider the self-exclusion option first, which allows for a temporary or long-term break. Make sure to withdraw your balance before closing your account.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Log in to your account → Select "Deposit" from the dashboard → Choose your payment method Mobile Pay Select → Enter amount → Send Money to Most Playe's Mobile Pay number → Submit the transaction ID. Your balance is usually updated within 5 minutes.

The minimum deposit on Most Playe is just ৳200 BDT. This limit applies equally across Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. There is no set maximum deposit limit, though large amounts may require KYC verification.

Your first withdrawal is processed after KYC verification, which can take up to 24 hours. Subsequent withdrawals typically reach your Mobile Pay or Nagad within 30 minutes. Minor delays may occur during peak hours.

Your balance is usually credited within 5–10 minutes. If it hasn't appeared, contact Most Playe live chat with your transaction ID and a screenshot. Issues are typically resolved within 30 minutes. Without a transaction ID, it may be harder to assist you — so always keep a screenshot.

The minimum withdrawal on Most Playe is ৳300 BDT. Your main balance and bonus balance are kept separate — only your real balance can be withdrawn; bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the rollover requirement is met.

Bonuses & Offers

After your first Deposit and the 100% welcome bonus will be credited automatically. Deposit ৳200 BDT and get ৳200 BDT in bonus funds. The bonus is valid for 7 days and requires a 7x rollover.

Rollover refers to the number of times you need to wager your bonus before you can withdraw it. For example, a BDT 200 bonus with a 7x rollover means you need to place BDT 1,400 in bets (200×7). Placing multiple bets across different events helps you clear the rollover faster.

Share your unique referral code with a friend. When they sign up at Most Playe and make their first deposit, both of you will receive a bonus. You can find your referral code under the "Bonus" section in your dashboard.

Some bonuses are credited automatically, while others need to be claimed manually. Check the "Bonuses & Offers" section in your dashboard. If it's missing, contact live chat within 24 hours of your deposit. Bonuses for past deposits may not always be applicable.

Betting Rules

Odds represent the probability of winning and your potential payout. Most Playe uses decimal odds. For example, odds of 2.50 mean a ৳100 BDT bet returns ৳250 BDT if you win (profit of ৳150 BDT). The higher the odds, the greater the risk — but also the greater the reward.

Log in → Go to the "Live Betting" section → Select an ongoing match → Choose your preferred market and odds → Enter your stake and confirm the bet. Odds change every second in live betting, so make your decision quickly.

If a match is cancelled or abandoned, Most Playe refunds all bets placed on that match in full. The amount is usually returned to your balance within 24 hours. For accumulator bets, the cancelled match is removed and the remaining selections are settled as normal.

Cash Out lets you withdraw part or all of your winnings before a match ends. Go to the "My Bets" section and click the Cash Out option next to any active bet. The cash out value changes based on how the teams are performing.

Security & KYC

KYC (Know Your Customer) is an identity verification process. At Most Playe, you'll need to submit a photo of your National ID or passport before your first withdrawal or any large transaction. It helps prevent fraud and keeps your account secure.

Entering the wrong password too many times will temporarily lock your account. Wait 30 minutes and try again, or use OTP login instead. If your account has been blocked due to suspicious activity, email support@mostplaye.app and verify your identity.

Responsible Betting

Log in → Account Settings → "Responsible Betting" tab → Choose deposit limit, then set an amount and time period. Reducing your limit takes effect immediately; increasing it becomes active after 24 hours. Fully Free।
